  • 4 cups sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh chives
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup Kate’s Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp champagne vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper


  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cucumbers, radishes, chives, and dill.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to well combine. Cover and refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
